GENERAL

The following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms”, or “Condition”) is between My Trash Can Cleaners LLC (“My Trash Can Cleaners”, “our”, “us”, or “we”) and any user of its www.mytrashcancleaners.com website(s) and related functionality, the “Website”. By accessing, browsing and using the website, you (“you” or “your”) agree that you have carefully read, understood and accepted this Agreement. If you do not agree with any Terms or Conditions referenced, please do not use the Website.

POLICY AND PROCEDURES

The following is a note regarding our policies and procedures for My Trash Can Cleaners LLC subscriptions. 
We do not allow neighbors to share service. Each neighbor must have their own subscription. We are a small business and each individual subscription is extremely important to us.
 Bins may NOT be swapped out at will. (i.e.) if you sign up for one bin you may not put out your recycle bin one month, then your garbage bin the next. However, you may put them on different cleaning plans. (i.e.) garbage bin(s) on a monthly schedule and recyclable bin(s) on a quarterly schedule. 
While we have no contracts, if you should cancel your plan after the first cleaning, you will be charged a one time cleaning rate. We ask that you stick with a billing cycle for a minimum of 3 billing cycles.

Be aware that not all paint and oil stains may be removed by our bin cleaning process. Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure that your bins are completely empty and clear of any debris and animal feces at the time of cleaning.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE OR PRICE

My Trash Can Cleaners LLC reserves the right to modify our delivery of service for the betterment of our customers, or the safety and well-being of our employees, vehicles and equipment. In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel all service for the scheduled clients by email, phone or public announcement on all our social media accounts. Due to the nature of our service, scheduling may be altered in accordance with US holidays, pending the schedule set by local waste management companies in each area.

My Trash Can Cleaners LLC reserves the right to change prices or institute new charges for access to or use of services. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you. Services will be set to auto-renew in accordance with your selected plan.

TERMINATION

The liabilities and obligations of parties in the Agreement that are incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of the Agreement for all purposes. The Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated by either party, you or us. Service may be cancelled at any time by notifying us that our service is no longer needed. If "we" for any reason decide to terminate our Agreement, you will remain liable for all the amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
